The Remembering
Remembering the body.
Remembering the self.
With 16 years of practice and training rooted in a living Thai Buddhist medicine lineage, my work is an invitation: to slow down, unwind, and return to yourself. I weave together traditional Thai bodywork, sen line work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, marma and acupressure points, cupping, herbal compresses, tok sen, and deep scalp work into sessions that are entirely shaped by the person in front of me. No two sessions are the same. I work slowly and follow your body’s natural unfolding, listening for what wants to release rather than imposing a fixed sequence. My approach lives at the meeting place of therapeutic and deeply restorative, tending to both what hurts and what longs to rest. Between sessions, I offer self-care practices to help you carry the work forward. It always feels more than bodywork, I call it a remembering.
I have two offices available, one in Fort Wayne and another in Goshen, IN.
Sessions take place on a low table.
Clients remain fully clothed unless oils are used.
The work uses gentle pressure, supported movement, and rhythm to help the nervous system settle and the body release tension.
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply rested.
